We are switching to a 'ONE DAY' hamfest on the first Saturday of October. Exhibitors inside the main building, will be supplied 1 table for each 10 ft space. The price is $10/10 ft. space. It will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. The space can be reserved in advance by contacting the club's hamfest chairman W.W. - KB9TMP. Power is available, but you will need to supply your own extension cords. Tailgaters are still $5 for up to 20 ft of space, and the fee will be collected seperate of the admission price. A drawing of the exhibit hall and map of the fairgrounds is available below. Vendors will be allowed into the fairgrounds early Saturday morning at 6am for setup. Gates open at 8 am on Saturday for the public.

NOTE:Those who are camping overnight will need to make arrangements with the Lawrence County Fairgrounds management at the time you set up. The HHHC does not charge for your camping and receives no proceeds from the camping fees charged.

ARRL VE testing will be offered to those interested. Test registration will begin at 11am local time and testing will begin at Noon. Test fee is $15 and you will need a copy of your current license if upgrading and "PHOTO" ID.
